Sunderland youngster Mikael Mandron has returned to the club early from his loan spell with Fleetwood Town.

The 19-year old French striker joined the Cod Army on January 6 for a deal which was to see him stay with the League Two club for the remainder of the season.

However, Mandron is back on Wearside ahead of his scheduled return after making 13 appearances and scoring one goal for Graham Alexander's side.
