Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has taken a new dig at his football directors over their fringe players.
Mancini is unhappy that City's unsuccessful attempts to stage a clear-out earlier in the summer or consider loan moves for more of their unwanted stars sooner has hindered his plans.
"If you're Manchester City the market is full of players, and you can send some players on loan like the other teams," he said.
"We need other players to complete the squad but, until we sell the players that are here, it is a problem."
