Amantino Mancini has revealed he's close to inking his new contract with Roma.

The Brazilian said: "There are only a few details for the renewal of the contract, I want to sign here because I am happy.

"Trying to beat Inter Milan and Real Madrid is difficult, but not impossible. Rather than Juve, I fear AC Milan in terms of the Champions League places.

"With myself, Francesco Totti and Adrian Mutu there is a great Roma."
