Roberto Mancini believes his Manchester City side can become a powerhouse after they clinch the Premier League title.
City need to beat QPR on Sunday to beat off competition from Manchester United for this season's Premiership and if that occurs, Mancini can see the club pushing onwards and upwards both domestically and in Europe.
