Mancini 'not worried' about Tevez absence for Man City's FA Cup semi

Carlos Tevez is out of Saturday's FA Cup semi-final but Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini is not worried.

The Argentine ace tore his hamstring early in last night's disappointing loss to Liverpool at Anfield and is almost certain to be out of action for the weekend's meeting with crosstown rivals Manchester United at Wembley Stadium.

Despite being the club's leading goalscorer this term, Mancini says Tevez's absence will not be a problem.

"I am not worried," he told the Manchester Evening News.

"I am sure that we will get to the Champions League and reach the (FA Cup) final.

"Carlos has a hamstring (injury). I don't think that he will play on Saturday.

"We will try but I think it is very difficult because we also have to think about the other six games."

"I am disappointed with myself. This game was all my fault," he said of last night's loss.

"I made mistakes in the last two days. I know why. I can't say any more than that."
