Former Inter Milan boss Roberto Mancini has distanced himself from reports linking him with Roma.

"I have said that I want to return to coaching, but I don't see myself at Roma next season," Mancini told Sky Sport Italia 24.

"At the moment there has been no contact with the Giallorossi because they haven't called me.

"If I were to remain in Italy I would want to fight for the Scudetto. I certainly won't rule out a move abroad."
