Former Manchester City and Inter Milan boss Roberto Mancini feels Liverpool could have a bargain in Mario Balotelli. The striker joined Liverpool this week from AC Milan for £16 million.
"For what Mario has achieved, the price paid is about right. For what he could achieve, it's very low," said Mancini.
"At this time, Milan, Liverpool and the player were all happy, so it made sense.
"Mario will not have many more opportunities to demonstrate his worth, I hope he understands that and takes his chance."
