Roberto Mancini has hit out at the way he was sacked by Manchester City.

Mancini also claimed his relationship with City chief executive Ferran Soriano was non-existent.

In an interview with Corriere Dello Sport, Mancini said: "I still do not know why City sacked me.

"They demanded that I won the title within three years - I won it within two years. And I never spoke with Soriano."
