Inter Milan coach Roberto Mancini admits their injury problems are beginning to trouble him after Dejan Stankovic broke down during yesterday's 0-0 draw with Palermo.

"I don't think it is just a sprained ankle," sighed Mancio. "We will have to wait and see what the tests tell us."

As Patrick Vieira is out for two months with a calf strain, Inter are facing a shortage in that area of the team.

"This is getting to be a problem. We have too many games in quick succession and it is not easy when you only have a limited selection of players."
