Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini knows the axe is hanging above him.

Mancini has seen his City side blow a five-point lead in a month to now trail Manchester United by five.

The Italian admitted: "When you choose this job you know that anything can happen at any moment.

"In football anything can happen in any moment and this championship can change in one week. It's the same regarding my future."
