Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand says he has no problem with an inexperienced David De Gea lining up behind him.
Ferdinand admits de Gea is young - he's only played two seasons of senior football - but he's confident the former Atletico Madrid man will slot in well at Old Trafford.
"It's not a problem having a new goalkeeper," Ferdinand told Sky Sports News. "But it is something [the language barrier] we have to address straight away. He's young and that's the good thing. This is what people are so excited about.
"The manager has brought in young, hungry players - Ashley Young, Phil Jones and David de Gea - who have not won anything. I came in like that, too. I know what it's like.
"I was hungry to win and had the desire to win. Hopefully those players will have the same attitude."
Certainly, settling in to life at Old Trafford shouldn't be difficult. In fact, Ferdinand maintains it's "one of the easiest clubs to come to".
"It's not hard to come into this club," Rio revealed. "There are so many easygoing lads that just want to do well together. We get on off the training pitch and we enjoy ourselves."
