Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson admits the next trophy is always the most important.
Ferguson is notorious for allowing the fleeting elation of success disappear.
It is one of the traits which makes him the man he has become.
"I have the trophies but the ones I want to win are more important," he said. "You want to chase that next one. The expectation gets greater the longer you are at a club.
"We have got the right philosophy for that. I have the right staff. These are the things that help you get through the challenges. You don't always win them but you always try.
"That is the one aspect of the job. You have to win.
"There is a big demand on the club. From time to time we have difficulties but we find a way."
