Manchester United and Arsenal won't make top four – Osman

Former Everton midfielder and current Sky Sports pundit Leon Osman believes that Arsenal and Manchester United will be the two sides who will miss out on a top four berth at the end of the season.

The Gunners currently sit six points adrift of Manchester City who are fourth, although Arsene Wenger's men do have a game in hand. United is only a point behind Pep Guardiola's City, but they will most likely direct their energy towards claiming the Europa League title after going ahead 1-0 in their semi final double header with Celta Vigo.

Both Arsenal and United have trickier runs than the two teams that are already in the four in City and Liverpool, and Osman believes the ladder will remain how it is until the end of the season.

"I think Liverpool will still be in it," he said on Sky Sports.

"I'm not sure Liverpool are confirmed as qualified just yet with the three tricky games they've got coming up.

"Liverpool play well against the top sides and they've got games against the sides they've trouble with this season.

"I personally feel just the fact that Manchester United have got the Europa League to compete in and they've got some big games in the league, they play Arsenal and Spurs, that I think City will just pip them."
