Bragging rights in Manchester are still up for grabs after a disappointing scoreless draw between City and United at the City of Manchester Stadium. Manchester City and Manchester United cancelled each other out as the post match comments and build-up proved more entertaining than the actual ninety minutes.
Neither keeper was particularly troubled and considering both outfits are in the top four the quality of football was not up to par.
City's best effort came before the break when Carlos Tevez saw his 25-yard free-kick saved by Edwin van der Sar.
For the visitor's Dimitar Berbatov volleyed acrobatically at Joe Hart, but both sides seemed happy to settle for a point.
