Turkish International Kazim-Richards is valued at around £4million by Fenerbahce, and had previously been linked with a move to Premiership debutantes Hull City, but reports suggested that this was too much for the Tigers budget.

The 21-year-old midfielder's performances during EURO 2008 in helping Turkey reach the Semi-Finals, brought him to the attention of City boss Mark Hughes, with it being reported he is ready to offer Kazim-Richards a £35,000 a week deal to bring him to the Eastlands Stadium.
