Manchester City keeper Given set for Villa medical today

Manchester City goalkeeper Shay Given will undergo a medical at Aston Villa today.

The Sun says Given is set for a medical today after Aston Villa thrashed out a £4million deal with Manchester City.

The Irishman will take a pay-cut to make the move to Villa Park.

Given will move to Villa as a replacement for Brad Friedel, who signed for Tottenham earlier this summer.
