Man Utd's Scholes: Leeds our fiercest rivals
Submitted by tribalfootball.com on Tue, 09/29/2009 - 12:50
Manchester United midfielder Paul Scholes doesn't believe Manchester City are their greatest rivals.
“City probably aren't the closest of rivals, but in terms of geography, if you like they are close rivals and it's a game you want to win,” Scholes said.
“But Leeds away was just pure hatred towards us, but we always did well when we went there and we thrived on it. Liverpool is the same. We have done quite well there, although we have lost a couple of times, which is no surprise because it's a hard place to go.”

Is it just me or did that comment from Jan make no sense whatsoever? - 1. Learn to write English - 2. Still complaining about Ronaldo's diving? Here's the answer to that: Torres, Gerrard - 3. Only stupidly short-sited 'fans' such as yourself truly believe that United only win because of refs. Alot of people dislike United, but at least most some respect and admit they're good and deserve what they achieve - 4. Villa and spurs played well and you played badly. That's your excuse for losing? The same can be said of last season's united - Liverpool games, so you've dug yourself into a hole there - 5. Even if 'Pool do beat United, it still doesn't mean they're going to win the title. Example: see last season. I think you'll find that you are actually the deluded one. Try getting some footie knowledge, then you can come back and argue with me.
Jan that's so lame... I kinda hate it when people try to overtype things... U sounds like a biatch i had for supper last night..
YNWA - You'll never win anything.. XD
