Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney is sporting a new tattoo - which is a tribute to his favourite band, Stereophonics.

The 22-year-old now has the phrase 'Just Enough Education To Perform' scrawled across left forearm. It is the title of Stereophonics' 2001 album, and a line from their track Mr Writer, a rally cry against the press.

The Welsh rockers performed at Rooney's Italian wedding - a £5 million affair covered by celebrity weekly magazine OK! - last month as surprise gift from his bride.
