Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney blanked the media before taking his flight from Istanbul yesterday.
The Daily Star says Rooney made a no-comment departure from Istanbul after displaying his anger when subbed by manager Sir Alex Ferguson against Besiktas.
The England star is sure to start on Sunday, when he is likely to be at his feisty best for the battle with the old enemy, Manchester City.
