Man Utd's Ronaldo working on rehab "six hours-a-day"

Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo has been working six hours a day as he recovers from ankle surgery.

And the constant speculation over his future is not affecting his recovery, according to the physio in charge of his rehab.

Antonio Gaspar, the Portuguese physio Ronaldo has chosen to guide his recovery from ankle surgery, said: "Cristiano works for five to six hours a day and we haven't had that many days off.

"The trip to LA was fantastic. We were able to work far from the pressure.

"He will be fit again by the end of September or in the first days of October."
