Manchester United winger Cristiano Ronaldo shrugged off the boos from Swedish fans as he featured for Portugal in Saturday's 0-0 draw.

Ronaldo was a largely peripheral figure in Portugal's 0-0 draw against Sweden in Stockholm last night but was nonetheless booed by the home crowd all match.

Maybe the United star didn't have his mind fully on the game.

He said afterwards: "It was very good to play here, a good atmosphere. There were beautiful people in the crowd."
