Man Utd's Norwood confident keeping Coventry up

On-loan Manchester United midfielder Oliver Norwood is convinced he can help Coventry City from dropping into League One.

Norwood set up the all-important 91st-minute winner against Barnsley - coolly slotting a pass to Jordan Clarke whose cross was nodded home by Clive Platt.

Norwood said: "Football's not always going to be like it is at United - winning titles and chasing trophies. When United were 3-0 down at Chelsea, many teams would have folded. But it's in the history of Man United never to give up and they came back.

"You saw it with the Youth Cup team last year. United were 2-0 down at Anfield, reduced to 10 men and won 3-2 in the last minute.

"It just runs through the club to fight until the last minute. I'm confident Coventry can pull it off and stay up. We've won five of our last six games at home and, if we can start picking up points away from home, then I believe we can get out of this.

"We keep going to the last minute. We did it against Leeds and now Barnsley. It just shows you've got to concentrate against us until the last minute."
