Man Utd's Mata expecting to experience 'good memories' upon Chelsea return

Manchester United star Juan Mata is looking forward to a return to Stamford Bridge this weekend.

Mata joined United from Chelsea during the January transfer window last season for a deal in the region of around £37million but despite his unceremonious departure, the Spaniard is still considered a hero to the Blues' faithful.

Mata now prepares to make a return to west London for the first time since leaving the club and ahead of the trip; the 26-year old has stated that the game will be a special one for him.

The Spanish international stated in his blog: "We are already thinking about our next 'final', a visit to the leader of the Premier League. Needless to say that it's going to be a very special game for me.

"I already played against Chelsea in the first half of the championship, but going back to Stamford Bridge for the first time will bring me plenty of good memories, for sure."
