Man Utd's Hargreaves: Injury hell over

Manchester United midfielder Owen Hargreaves says he's over his injury hell.

Having sat out his last season in Germany with a broken leg, he has suffered tendinitis in both knees since moving to United.

But injections and a special insole have corrected the problem.

Now Hargreaves, 26, has declared himself fit to face Aston Villa on Saturday and for the Champions League trip to Dinamo Kiev next week.

Hargo said: "I hope this is it for me injury-wise. I have missed enough games.

"I've been involved with football for quite a while and know injuries are part of the game but I've tried to take more precautions as I've got older."
