Man Utd's Giggs "really excited" about Tevez arrival

The final paperwork on Tevez's move to Old Trafford has yet to be completed but he has passed his medical and trained with his new team-mates already after West Ham agreed a £2million settlement for the 23-year-old to leave.

Sir Alex Ferguson has pencilled Tevez in for his debut on Wednesday night against either Dunfermline or Glentoran and Giggs is relishing the chance to play alongside him.

He told MUTV: "I'm really excited.

"He trained with us on Friday and fitted in straight away. He's a quality player - we saw that towards the end of last season with West Ham - and he'll give us that extra dimension.

"We've got plenty of attacking options this year and it keeps all the players on their toes."
