Manchester United hero Ryan Giggs says Manchester City will face a long wait in trying to bring Champions League football to Eastlands.
He told the Manchester Evening News: "It all depends on whether City bring in the players they say they will.
"But I think that over the next couple of years the top four will remain the same."
