"Then there's stuff like yoga, ice baths, osteopaths, massages . . . loads!
"I train five per cent harder and get five per cent more out of my body each season, to negate age a little bit.
"As you get older that's something you have to look at because you're not as quick or strong as maybe you once were.
"I'm doing my coaching badges so I am prepared when the time comes, although I'd like to go on for a bit yet.
"I wouldn't like to bet on outlasting the gaffer, though!"
