Darren Fletcher is delighted with his form this season in Manchester United's midfield.
The Scot told MUTV: "I'm trying to be more of a box to box midfielder - get in the opposition's box and score goals, get back to ours and defend. As I gain in experience and get older, it's going well but there's still more to come.
"I look at Giggsy and Scholesy - even though they have achieved so much and are playing so well, they're always looking to improve.
"You've got to improve every year because the standard in the Premier League rises every year. That's why you'll see the lads after training, doing that extra bit in the gym, or perhaps some extra passing or shooting practice."
