Rio Ferdinand admits all of Manchester United are desperate for positive news over Nemanja Vidic's second knee scan today.
There are fears Vidic could be out for the season and Ferdinand said: "Vida has been fantastic for us. Fingers crossed he'll be all right but we've got players who are more than capable of stepping in.
"That has been a feature of our game all season, so to keep that going, even without one of the regular players at the back, would be a good test for us. But I'm sure we'll pass it."
