BBC Sport understands that the Football Association is unlikely to take retrospective action against Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini over claims he spat at Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero during yesterday's derby at the Etihad Stadium. There is a feeling within the governing body that the still images of the incident currently available are inconclusive and do not prove Fellaini spat.

There has so far been no complaint from City.
