Man Utd's Evra: Gawd, what have I done ...?!!

Manchester United fullback Patrice Evra fears his winding up of teammates could come back to haunt him this summer.

Evra's France are on the brink of World Cup qualification failure and the defender told manutd.com: "I'm very focused on getting to the World Cup with France. I think if we don't qualify there will be a lot of jokes.

"Last year when England didn't qualify for Euro 2008, I told the England players at United that they could borrow my remote control because they would be watching a lot of TV.

"I don't want to give them the opportunity (of revenge), that's my main ambition!"
