Manchester United defender Jonny Evans was impressed by Bolton's new striker Ariza Makukula during Saturday's 1-0 win.

Makukula has arrived at Bolton on-loan from Benfica and Evans told manutd.com: "It was tough.

"They had a new signing playing up front [Azira Makukula] and he was trying to impress the fans on his debut. He was a big guy."
