Louis Saha's latest knee injury has wrecked a move to Tottenham for the Manchester United striker, it has been revealed.

The People says the setback has blown Saha's chance of a £6million move to Tottenham - a deal that was being discussed between the two clubs and one that also featured the future of White Hart Lane hitman Dimitar Berbatov.

Ferguson planned to use Saha to tempt Spurs into selling Berbatov, with United also throwing in £20million in cash.
