Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick says he isn't obsessing over his England snub.

"If I got a call into the England squad, great. But I'm more interested in putting in performances here and seeing where that gets me," said the Champions League winner.

"I want to do my best for United. Winning the Champions League was a tremendous achievement as was winning the Double - not many players achieve that. It was a great feeling and we want to feel it more and more."
