Manchester United striker Fraizer Campbell admits his game came on leaps-and-bounds working with Hull boss Phil Brown last season.

He told the Hull Daily Mail: "I really enjoyed my time working with Phil Brown last season. I never really got the chance to say thanks for last season because everything happened so quickly, but I think he knows how grateful I am for what he did.

"My game came on leaps and bounds last year and Hull did me all sorts of favours. I left a completely different player from when I came, better in every way."
