Manchester United fullback Reece James is drawing inspiration from U21 teammate Adnan Januzaj.
James is delighted for the Belgian over his first team breakthrough.
"It's just time for us to push now to get our own chance," he told MUTV. "This is the biggest club in the world and everyone wants to play for Manchester Untied.
"When you see players you're playing with, like Adnan [Januzaj] get the chance, it just pushes you on more to want to do it yourself.
"My aim is just to keep playing in the Reserves really, keep doing well and maybe I'll get a chance in the first team like other players have done."
