Nani is already looking ahead after helping Manchester United to victory over Wigan Athletic.
Victory over Wigan at the DW Stadium on Saturday leaves the Reds four points clear of Arsenal at the top of the Barclays Premier League.
"We have some tough games coming up," Nani told ManUtd.com.
"It's the most important period of the season and I think that if we can beat Chelsea and Liverpool then we'll have a fantastic opportunity to win the league.
"But that's easy to say: it's much harder to do it. Chelsea and Liverpool are fantastic teams and obviously they're desperate to win as well. We know it won't be easy.
"Of course, we may not be able to win every game, and if we end up getting a draw against somebody then it's not the end of the world.
"The important thing is not to lose. But we always go into games with the mentality of winning."
