Manchester United midfielder Tom Cleverley is confident their new signings will make big impacts.
Cleverley was asked about his new teammates in a webchat with United fans.
He told manutd.com: "I've only been here for a week so it's hard to say. I've known Phil Jones for about 18 months so I know he's a top-class defender. He's only 19, which is hard to believe at times. David de Gea's also young but looks very talented. He's calm, composed and that's the sort of goalkeeper you want behind you.
"Everybody knows about Ashley Young, of course. He has a great right foot and he's an unbelievable talent. All three have bedded in nicely, which is good for the club."
