Manchester United are keeping tabs on AS Roma midfield pair Miralem Pjanic and Radja Nainggolan.
Il Messaggero says United are willing to pay £66million for the pair.
Roma need to cut the size of their squad from 25 players to 22, and were hit with a 6million fine.
The club cannot make a 30million loss for the next two years, so star players will likely be heading out.
Nainggolan is in co-ownership with Cagliari.
