Manchester United whizkid Tahith Chong has hit out at his Dutch critics.
Chong knows there's some in Holland who say he left Feyenoord for a big contract at United.
He responded on Elf Voetbal: "Of course I also read that people called me a money chaser, who thought I was just going to England for the money, nonsense.
"In the beginning such remarks made me angry, but that is something I have to learn to deal with: as a professional footballer, you know that people have an opinion about you."
On being so close to a first team debut, Chong added: "I think to myself: 'I've come a long way and I'm a lot closer now, have a little patience until the real chance comes'. I still think like that."
