Manchester United are tracking PSV Eindhoven fullback Santiago Arias.
The Daily Star Sunday says Arias is the latest target for Manchester United boss David Moyes as he attempts to build a new team at Old Trafford.
He would cost £8million.
That would make him a cheaper option than Moyes' former right back at Everton - Republic ace Seamus Coleman.
