The People says United have been sending a delegation of scouts to watch a promising Dutch youngster, Bilal at Heerenveen.
'Bilal', as his coach Marco van Basten prefers to call him, has been a revelation in Dutch football since the 18-year-old made his first-team debut three weeks ago.
