Man Utd watching Atletico Madrid keeper De Gea
Submitted by tribalfootball.com on Sun, 01/24/2010 - 07:27
Manchester United are interested in Atletico Madrid goalkeeper David de Gea.
The Sunday Mirror says De Gea, nicknamed “Van De Gea” by his Atletico Madrid team-mates, has been compared to United goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar, despite being only 19.
The starlet helped Spain reach the final of the Under-17 World Cup in 2007 and having broken into the Madrid first team this season, De Gea has been tipped for stardom, with a move to England in the pipeline.
United are tracking a long list of keepers but have now earmarked De Gea as man to replace Van der Sar.

Lol Chelsea fan you have way too much time and not enough brain cells, I can't be arsed to comment on all your points as I have a life however macheda is a striker, ben foster is current first choice for England - and do you really want to start talking goalkeepers with the liability you call cech well the shell of what cech used to be, and your back up is hilario and Ross turnbull!!! I'd take kuzack and foster anyday. And we technically arnt in 700 mil debt to banks as we sold over 504 million in bonds.
hahaha. chelsea. when i saw this i laughing all the way.
hahahaha look at the 9th point you stated. that's so like chelsea way please.
at least man u doesnt spent like what ? 31 million for a guy for only 20 odds goals. and yeah im talking about shevchenko if you forgot about it. and chelsea have this policy, buy in high price sold in 10 million or less.
so chelsea fan WAKE UP AND FACE THE FACT.
as if they will win premier league this year.
Chelsea just tell me 2 things:
-Did chelsea won the champions league so far?And by which team got they beaten up?
