Atletico Madrid striker Sergio Aguero fears missing out on a move to Chelsea. The Daily Star Sunday says Aguero was due to move to Chelsea, either in the new year or the summer, after Roman Abramovich's club decided not to do a deal last month due to the forward, 21, being cup-tied for Europe.

But now that deal - and all incoming Chelsea moves for the next two transfer windows - are on hold while the club appeals against their ban.

Aguero was also a target for Manchester United, who could now renew their interest, after initially being put off by the £40million price tag for the striker.
