Atletico Madrid attacker Antoine Griezmann has been slated by French World Cup winner Christophe Dugarry.
Linked with Manchester United and Barcelona in recent days, Dugarry slammed Griezmann for his performance with France.
Dugarry told RMC: "I'm so disappointed by Antoine Griezmann. He was given the truck's keys from the Euros. The team was made around him. He has been less and less good for a year, and yet he is untouchable. On Saturday again, it is not he who comes out. He also has the right to be once in awhile on the sidelines. Tomorrow (Tuesday against Belarus), I put him on the bench.
"Important matches must be won by the major players. Thierry Henry, Zizou, assumed their statutes when necessary. Antoine, I see him no longer inspired, brilliant in his deviations, in his games, he can no longer accelerate, make differences. I liked this player because he was breathing football. He had gestures and passes that only he could do.
"I have not seen them for a long time! I'm disappointed. It's my shock."
