Man Utd warm up for Barcelona by taking in West End show

Manchester United players have prepared for the Champions League final by taking in a West End show!

The Daily Mail says Sir Alex Ferguson and his men went to watch Jersey Boys at Prince Edward Theatre, a team bonding exercise ahead of this weekend's European Cup final against Barcelona at Wembley.

The show, which tells the story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, is one of the most popular in London's West End but the presence of star players like Wayne Rooney and Rio Ferdinand would have surprised theatregoers.

Ferguson will be keen for his squad to spend time together in the crucial hours leading up to the big match on Saturday night.

United's manager has suggested that he knows why the Reds lost the 2009 final against Barcelona in Rome, and has always been keen that the preparation for these big matches should be perfect.
