Manchester United midfielder Paul Scholes has been hit by a knee injury.
The Daily Mail says Scholes will miss Manchester United's Champions League encounter with Real Madrid in the Bernabeu Stadium tonight.
Scholes has been ruled out with a knee injury and remained behind when United left for Spain after this morning's training session.
