Manchester United fullback Patrice Evra admits pulling France teammate Paul Pogba aside after their World Cup win over Honduras.

The Juventus midfielder was fortunate to stay on the field after reacting angrily to Honduras' physical approach.

Evra recalled: "I told him: 'You should have been given a red. If that had happened, we would have each in turn given you a slap'.

"Now, it's forgotten and we move onto something else."
