Manchester United plan to play hardball with Crystal Palace over a deal for Wilfried Zaha.
The Daily Mail says United make a cash offer as low as £6million.
The total amount of United's offer could reach as much as £12m, with the deal including add-ons and performance related payments.
But United are reluctant for the cash part of the bid to exceed £8m, something that will be underlined when they make their move this week.
It is understood United will pay half of the fee up front, with the remainder staggered over the course of Zaha's contract.
