Manchester United are keeping tabs on Rayo Vallecano midfielder Michu.

Full name, Miguel Pérez Cuesta, Michu has been a revelation for Rayo this season, enjoying an amazing goal scoring record from midfield.

Michu was linked with Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool before Christmas.

And it's emerged United chief scout Martin Ferguson made a check on Michu on the weekend in action against Real Madrid.
